MAK I'Sola Bella (JVC): A flagship resort-style tower in Jumeirah Village Circle featuring Dubai’s first "island pool beach" within a residential structure and over 45 premium amenities. Groundbreaking for this project took place on January 29, 2025.
- Saddlewood Park (Nad Al Sheba 1): A boutique development of 61 units launched in September 2025. It features AI-integrated apartments and a "villa environment" lifestyle. Handover for both this and I'Sola Bella is scheduled for Q3 2027.
